Series: How to Study the Bible
In several places in the gospels, our Lord asked this question "have ye not read?" Jesus expected those who follow God to know their scriptures. Unfortunately, many Christians do not know their Bibles. They do not know how to study them and they do not know how to interpret them. This course in our "Mattoon School of the Bible" is a crash course on how to study and interpret the Bible. Students will learn the basics of hermeneutics (the interpretation of scripture), gain an overview of the scripture and learn simple Bible Study methods.
